Default Short shifter install.

any of yunz guys know how to go about removing the boot of a 95 accord so i can access the shifter and put my short shifter on? pics, words? all help is appreciated. thanks a bunch

1. Lift up center glove box, pop off the plastic piece with flat head remove 2 screws.
2. Pull out the cup holder, remove 2 screws under there. Then you should be able to lift up the entire piece

ok. i apparently had a slight mis-naming issue. its a short-throw shifter or a short-shift adapter. its just as piece of billet aluminum. you can see a pic. at the bottom of this page > http://www.secureleadercom.com...block . i don't know where to put it on. all help is appreciated. thanks

Eeeek... Bad experiences with the adaptor here. I used a DC Sports adaptor, and didn't realize how bad it was until I finally removed it. A short throw shifter like PSpec's is absolutely amazing. I can't begin to describe how great the short shifter is, vs an adaptor. Sorry for going off topic.

In this picture, you can see where the top shift rod connects to the shifter. The adaptor should somehow fit on to this projection on the stock shifter.
