Default header

what header would you guys suggest for a k20z1 engine that gives the most power gains without using a race header, and what do you guys think is a good race header. thanks can't decide what i want to go with and just wanted some oppinions from some HT people that have had experiences with them installed

I wouldnt even mess around with a regular header. The DC race header is nice and gives great gains. You can make an 02 simulator for like $5 and you wont get a check engine light.

depends how much u wanna spend really DC is cheap but a better header will give better gains seeing how the primaries on the other more expensive headers are made to flow better...what i mean is on the DC the primaries connect 1-2 and then 3-4 and then the secondaries connect which isnt great for flow like this....

where others like toda buddy club SSR connect 1-4 and 2-3 then connect the secondaries to eachother like this

02 Sim. You wont get a cel. Also you can take and tac weld the cat sheild from your OEM header on to your aftermarket. Most guy will just take a peak under the car and if they see the shield you'll be fine. Take it to a little ma and pa shop.

I would never buy one. Its not worth shelling out the money and getting 2whp.
