Default New guy here.

Howdy. I was sent over here by an acquaintance who said you guys tend to know your stuff. So... here I am. Current project: '91 Civic EX, (four door), five speed, other assorted crap. Just bought it. I wrecked my other one ('91 Civic LX five speed, four door, ZC swap. 14.3 in the quarter, NA) a year and a half ago and I was fiending for a new project. I plan on going back with a ZC... but have been debating on whether or not I want to go with boost. Probably will. Looking to build an SCCA daily driver. Exciting, huh?

However, I have a dilemma; I have recently purchased rear trailing arms, calipers, and all that from a CRX Si. I'm sandblasting and powdercoating them this weekend, then installing them (or trying to) the following weekend. My question is... what all is involved with putting those on a sedan? I know the trailing arm itself is different... but that's to be expected. Anyone know how to do it... or have a place where I can find out? I was hoping to have it done in a day or so.

Thanks in advance. Looks like a good place ya'll have here.

Well... I was going to lower the compression in the ZC... maybe go that route. But, I really doubt it. I have a head guy down in NC who says he can work wonder for me so I may go with cams/head and 'puter/FI work. Then, when/if I still have the boostbug, I'll yank the stocker D16A6 and boost the nuts out of that. You know, drive the stock engine until the ZC is built, drive the ZC until the turbo motor is built. One of the guys I work with has talked me into the Accel DFI computer which will work with either engine. But, as I want to do the suspension first, I'm not trying to dump $1500 into wires and crap.

Hmm... I need to go find some 4th gen info...

Thanks again for the welcome guys... you'll probably be seeing a bunch of me. I'll be hip-deep in this car for awhile.
