Default red flags?

What are some things that serve as red flags when buying a CRX. I'm ok with replacing major parts.....but what kind of unexpected stuff tends to pop up?

its a honda there are no red flags Seriously just look for rust along the wheel wells, if its burning oil(doesnt matter b/c youll end up doing a swap) or antifreeze in theoil(blown headgasket)
