need help with my b16 .no water goes into my motor.

i really don't know whats wrong with my car,everytime i drive it the water comes back to my reserve tank.It heats up very quickly i can only drive it for a little bit.Please help,i can't afford to blow another motor.

check for simple stuff first like water in the oil, or perhaps changing the thermostat
