I have a tranny casing and just about all internals sitting in my garage. Completely disassembled with no bearings.
I'm not sure why you keep blowing transmissions, but what set-up are you running?

It would help if you actually mentioned what is causing the problem, so that we could suggest a solution . . .
Just "making one stronger" is rather vague and won't necessarily serve any purpose other than draining your wallet.

Just because your solution to a problem with an unknown source is to randomly throw money at it doesn't mean that I have a bad attitude.
Obviously you're frustrated with yourself, because you're becoming defensive when someone points out your incompetence.
You haven't even disclosed to us what has failed internally on the transmission. You posted pictures of a cracked case - wow, that's helpful.
Before we give you suggestions on how to avoid transmission problems in the future, perhaps you should first attempt to determine what exactly the problem is. I don't have the transmission here on my bench - I can't disassemble it and look at it for you to make recommendations. You're going to have to take it apart yourself and figure out what went wrong.
Just speculating about carbon coated synchronizers and cryogenically treating random parts isn't going to get anything useful done. (I can GUARANTEE you that synchronizers had nothing to do with this failure - so why fix something that isn't broken?) Spouting off "expletive you" when someone is trying to legitimately save you from fruitlessly spending a lot of money and time isn't going to help either. Do you have any idea how much an OEM-specification rebuild of a (20011-PL3-F41) transmission costs in parts alone?
Did I "strengthen" my transmission? No. Why? Because it isn't necessary for me. Is it necessary for you though? I highly doubt it. What are carbon coated synchronizers going to do to "strengthen" your transmission? Why do you specifically want to buy those? What purpose will they serve?

if i am incompetent then i guess i installed the lip on your rex

but anyway i just wondered if there is a way i can keep the case from blowing, or keep it from grinding. aka strengthening. i plan to put boost to the motor and i wanted to be able to drive the car without worrying about the ingrity of the case, or anything for that matter
as for my post saying expletive you..
i cant drive my car and i was pissed, and you werent contributing, for that i appologize.

Hah, i thought the same thing.
Just buy another tranny and be done with it.

we're making 750-850hp on our B-series engines and we dont even cryo or do any treatment to the transmissions. There's no need to do anything to your tranny. You just got bad luck or doing something that you're not suppose to and thats why its breaking.
your basic clutch kit didnt have anything to do with it either. You may have jus had a bad trans to begin with or you did somethign that made it break.
Solution: Get another transmission and thats it. No need for cryo, custom parts, etc.
