Those lights are JDM one pieces. The 92-93 front end does look better to me. I think there are more lips available for it. And suspension is all the same. 90-91 are OBD0 and 92-93 are OBD1. That is for tuning purposes down the road. Ummm, taillights are different too.
Never owned a DA so that is all I know.

also trannys are diff, 92-93 DA has same tranny internals and clutch as 94-01, 90-91 DA has unique clutch disc witch will not fit any other Integra

To convert the front end, youre going to need the bumper and the bumper support. If you plan on boosting, you will love yourself for converting to 92-93. Its hard to get an intercooler into a 90-91 front w/o it looking like a train wreck.

1990 -1991 DA Integra
----------------------------------
OBD 0
130 hp & 121 lb/tq
Different bumpers & tailights(clear & red)
Different steering wheel(3 spoke)

1992 - 1993 DA Integra
-----------------------------------
OBD 1
140 hp & 126 lb/tq
Different bumpers & tailights(amber/orange & red)
Different steering wheel(4 spoke)

Both are great cars. I have owned one of each. I am by far more impressed with the 92-93 Model just for the simple fact that the engine produces more power.

Dam beat me to it

BTW I too have owned both a 91 and 92 DA I do prefer the 92-93 yr mainly for the slight bump in horsepower + torque, and front end appearence. The only part I hate about 92-93 has to be the four spoke steering wheel which of course can be fixed with an aftermarket wheel.

There are a few minor problems with it. Just about all of the "specific(sp?)" info can be found @ http://www.g2ic.com

Just to name a few...

Water tends to leak on the passenger floor.
The rear hatch tends to rattle on the latch.

Basically if you own a car that is 13+ years old you are bound to run into a few minor problems, but its all good. Thats probably what I love most about DAs...They can be a pain in the butt sometimes, but they are hella fun.

As far as engine stuff, if you are plan'n on going with NA Non VTEC I would recommend get'n some ITBs, Camshafts, Port & Polish, and a good exhaust system....That junk would be SicK! Good luck

water on the floor is very easily fixed, and the rattle in the trunk... adjust the trunk stoppers

I have to disagree, whether the 90-91 bumpers or the 92-93 bumpers are better is a matter of opinion...
Personally i am a big fan of the OEM optional lip for the 90-91

^=sexier then any other DA bumper choices

Negative on the $1500 For ITB/NA Stuff. If that is your budget I would recommend piece'n together a turbo kit, also with turbo/boost you will make way more power...I would say at least over 200 whp. You can do it on Ebay...It may not all be "brand-name" stuff, but it gets the job done

And if all else fails take Marble's advice and purchase his RARE Super Clean GS-R

I like the 91 bumper better i just cut out the center of it so it open. anybody know where to find that OEM lip kit.

The tranny's are different 90-91 have a cable tranny and 92-93 have a hydralic tranny so yeah its a bitch sometimes having a cable tranny. You can switch to a hydralic tranny with a kit that hasport.com sells. and you can just take the cams out of a 92-93 if you want that extra 10 horse. or just get an LS head off of a 96+ that will give ya a power boost as well. OH yeah for those yellow fog lights you can just pick up some bulbs on ebay they look great even on the stock headlights that are not once pieces. I got a set of H3-100watt super yellows and they look great!!

90-93 trannys are cable. The differences between the 90-91/92-93 trans are internally as stated earlier in the post.

Good luck with the teg
