Basically ur car has to be completely stock

-stock header (or header with CARB sticker on it)
-stock intake (or CARB sticker on it)
-have a cat
-stock motor

they will prob let u go with the exhaust but some places might say its to loud

speaks nothing but truth

you have to have all the emissions stuff hooked up and still pass the smog test

We need more specific info about your car, motor etc in order to give you an accurate response. And no, your car DOES NOT need to be completely stock.
I have BAR'd/REF'd 2 cars myself so I could probably help you out.

Hey, I'm not from Cali, so I don't know anything about there (I am an emissions inspector in PA though). I though if aftermarket parts had a CARB certification you were allowed to have them on your car legally in Cali. Like I said I don't know **** about Cali emissions, but I thought that was the whole point of CAI, chips etc. coming with that CARB sticker right on them. Just curious.

100% correct.

You just need carb numbers or a reciept for said part so we can look it up on the C.A.R.B. website.

Short ram intakes, headers, etc. all need carb numbers
