Default Need mainshaft holder(94')

I am taking apart an old automatic transmission to rebuild and clean it. I can't get the mainshaft off........how in the world do I do so and (if needed) where do I find the tool to take it off?

The Honda Dealer parts dept. can order the tool for you.
The part number for the tool is in the service manual. You do have a service manual to aid you in the rebuild don't you?

I didn't recieve the manuel when I bought the car so therefore I ordered a cd-rom of it. I'm not quite sure it is accurate on the tool number. 07PAB-0010000 is the tool number it states. If this is not correct could someone please correct me?
