I am dealing with this guy right now (so is Integra n Civic here on H-T) on a Wings West V2 lip he sold me. The first problem he had is with packaging to start out with (it was at ups for over a week because he didn't know how to use a proper size box or how to use tape) I asked him about the lip and its condition, and he said no cracks or major scratches. WRONG. The lip has two (repaired) cracks and a more than a few deep scratches. I asked him if all that the lip needed was light sanding before it was ready for paint. He said it would need a little extra "to make the paint stick." Which really meant me taking it do a body shop. I took it to a decent body shop and they said if I wanted it to look correct with out the waves is has now, or the deep scratches on the top and bottom,it is going to cost me $125.00-150.00. His communication with me, gives me the impression that he really doesn't care. ANOTHER LOW LIFE ON H-T. I WANT MY $$$$$ back

Paypal said that they can't do anything about him lying to me??

 

According to all I've heard about paypal, they can do something if there is a "fraud" dealing through them. Lying about a product, as far as I'm concerned, is fraud. He sells you a product that is supposed to be one thing and it shows up as something completely different. I would try again with them.
