3500 for a da with a b16? unless that car is flawless i wouldnt b16's are under powered for DA's i would get the hatch and swap it later on or buy the DA sell the b16 for a different setup.

Basically there both great cars. My first car was an EG, loved it!!! I also love the DA as well. The DA looks retro and kicks ***. In this case you said that the DA has a b16 swap, I would go for the DA.

Bottom line whats more important to you, the B16 or the EG???

Good luck with your decision.

i'd say it depends on how it looks and the mileage.
the da would be the best choice for me if everything was in good condition. but the eg would be a fun car since i've always wanted one.

get the hatch and swap a gsr h22 or type r into it...the b16 engine has like noooo torque and it gets really annoying..espeically in a DA..

and also..buying a car thats already been swapped almost 9 times out of 10 isnt good news.

More your prefference and how much you want to spend...if the DA has the B16 transthats nice and you could always just pick up a LS block and make a nice LS/Vtec...Eg hatchs are nice depends on what motor it has and what model...i usually can find more parts for DA in the junkyard which is a reason i usually pcik them up...

DA will more than likely have more comfort options and a sunroof unlike the EG hatch also the DA already has a B series

i would go with the EG. any car that has had an engine swap needs to be seriously considered.

plus $3,500>2,000

that's a big difference to buy some upgrades for the EG

edit: or use that $1,500 to save up for a b18c or somethin'

You posted on the Integra forum so most people are going to be like yeah DA, but I think that the EG is a lot better...but that's just MO! EG look alot sexier!

I've owned 2 DA Integras. I would say go for it, especially since it has a swap, but I have heard alot of negative things about B16s in DAs. Its really up to you. DAs are still great cars no matter what engine is in them
