Default '90 Accord motor swap

Ive been looking at swaping motors in my 1990 Accord with manual tranny. one motor that caught my eye was the B18C ITR motor but i dont know what i would have to change to as far as motor mounts, harnesses, and linkages go to make it work. also i was wandering if it would be worth the extra money to get an H22A instead. im new with the honda scene.. more of an american muscle car fan so any help with this that yall can provide would be great.

B Series motors dont have enough power to move accords, youd have less power then the F22

JDM H22 is the way to go with an accord, enough power and torque, to move the accord
