i have a 95 honda civic, and i have been searching around for different parts that will add some horse power under the hood. i looked around on eBay and found these chips that are supposed to add up to 20 hp. if anyone knows any information about these chips, or know what one works please let me know

don't buy it. its a scam and will not add any hp.

stock ecu is fine. get it professionally tuned when you get heavily modified.

 

You will get crapper gas mileage and will most likely loose power.
