That's not the Top gear track/airfield. That was filmed for the original series of TG...Tiff now presents 5th Gear and Top Gear is presented by Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond (who had the huge crash in the jet car a few weeks ago) and James May.

Yes, I'm aware of all of that, but I guess my post was a little confusing, from being economical with my typing. What I meant was, too bad they didn't have their power board (that would also include the facilities to conduct the lap to put on the power board
) back then, when Tiff was still with Top Gear.
Maybe one day they'll have a retrospective piece on sport compacts and revisit the ITR.
(yeah, I kinda doubt it, too )
