how do you get a broken screw out...
so when i tried to install headers, the screws connecting the second pipe connecting to the cat. but now that i have to put the stock headers, half of the screw is broken into it. how can i get that out?

if so most likely you will need to drill it out.

the head of the screws is pressed in, the only part you can lossen/tighten is the bolt itself(if you are talking about the primary part of the manifold)
if you snapped that, then it should be home free.

the head snapped off, and the rest of the screw is in the hole. and its completely rusted over and it wont twist..rigth now..since they arent put together, it feels and sounds like i have a hole in my muffler

Take a drill bit close to the same size as the screw thread and drill it out. Use a sharp bit and lots of oil.
