Ok so I can start my car when I hook up a wire from the starter to the battery with the power on. But I cant start it with the key/ignition. I checked all the fuses and they are all good. I dont know if it would be a relay or what it could be. Do any of you guys know what it could be?

 

Could be your clutch signal switch, which is located near the hood release i believe. This switch lets the system know your clutch is disengaged to start the motor. It could also be your ignition switch.
