Default Springs and retainers vs. Cams

i'm building an LSVTEC. b18b block, GSR head, using stage 2 skunk 2 cams. i was wondering if the springs and retainers from Omni would be sufficient for these cams? i can save over 150 bucks if i get them, thats why i was wondering if they would work ok for the cams. thanks!

thats what i'm wondering, but both are good quality, even blox has them cheap and they are good quality too. i'm trying to budget here, so if they will work fine then i'm gonna get them

any other opinions?

david smith from omni emailed me. i asked
"Can your springs and retainers handle stunk 2 stage 2's for b series?"

he says "they can definately handle that, they can rev to 10k".
