And there you have it. Just make sure they're the right size.

lol wtf?, wtf indeed.....tat **** gone blow up son, hahaha im j/k. I actually did have tranny troubles for a while on it, besides dx trannys long gears are a pity, but i don't really care so i put the WHOLE bottle of lucas in it. The leaking slowed down so much and shifting got so much better and faster that i was like HELL YEAH, lol. Anyways, some of these people say penzoil syncro fluid helps with tranny shifts and leaks, uh no...that **** looks THINNER then conventional oil that your actually suppose to use in honda transmissions, and then actual HTMF, a bottle of it is like 6-7$ from the dealer is a waste because sure it might have slightly better additives in it, but is it really THAT good?, no it's basically the same thickness as oil if not a little better from my eye and point of view. My point of view it lucas in the transmission only, cause if your gonna beat the **** out of it everyday, which i know some of you do, I DO, then just put the whole bottle in there, maybe mix a little oil in with it, it's not gonna effect anything really, cause that **** is so thick you don't even need to replace your seals, lol you do, but im just saying, im not wasting any more money and time on this piece of **** tranny and motor when i could be putting money into a REAL swap.

uh, okay... i wont agree but.. the old "eyeball method of whats thinner and thicker to determine my tranny fluid" trick i never heard of. I just know that i like to fix my problems and be sure im not going to seize a tranny while driving down the highway.

Pfft, thats just a saying, "the eyeball point of view" but basically any body knows Lucas IS thicker then penzoil syncromesh, and my **** is so worn out, the lucas totally restored the transmissions life by 50% i would say, just saying.

Excuse my grammar.

arent there pictures on bobistheoilguy showing how lucas oil foamed up when subjected to high rpm?
read this.

http://www.bobistheoilguy.com/...s.htm

i use gm syncromesh. it helped some which I hoped for. im not expecting it to restore my tranny to when it first rolled off the dealers lot. you have to remember that synthetics are thinner at room temperature when compared to regular dino oil. does that mean that synthetics suck cause they are thinner at room temp?

Hmm looks like my tranny is takin it then because that **** shifts fine now, if anything i need to change my little shifter bushing and im set. Btw, lucas IMO is a big no no when it comes to using it in my engine, but i WILL use it in my transmission.

If your tranny is hard to shift lately and you know your transmission isn't broken yet, then it's either low or out of fluid. There are two bolts on the passenger side of the car underneath the tranny on the edge, one drains the fluid, while the other one takes a funnel with a little hose to refill it back up.

If you go to autozone, sometimes they have them, sometimes they don't, it's a little blue funnel with this little clear flex hose on the end, it's the 2$ one i believe, not the big fat one thats like 5-10$.
