Default Lenso VPDs......for daily driving?

I've been considering rocking a set of 4 Lenso VPD's as my summer/track (road racing, not drag), but i've only seen people with these in pairs on drag racing applications. Is there a reason for this? or is it just that nobody has done it yet?

I was looking at doing the gold 13x8 Lenso's on my Integra, probably with some Azenis or Kuhmo V700's.

I would use these for OCCASIONAL daily driving, but mostly road course use. Would they hold up for daily driving? When i see nobody else with these on a daily driven application, i got sort of concerned...

Thanks in advance

Ricky

we've sold the VPD to many road racers, autocrossers. Theyre not designed for Daily Driving, but I'm sure they will hold up as long as you're not jumping curbs and purposely running into potholes. hehe.

Your clearance is going to suck bad. Good luck with many driveways.

I also want to run 13" by 7.5 Lenso on the street. with 215/50/13 tires.

Tell me how they fit and if they rub at all..

Sorry buddy those wheels are for racing only. And your clearance will suck whether you want to admit it or not.

How do you think they get a cast wheel to be so light?

I wouldn't risk it. Get some Panasports if you want to run 13x7s on the street.

unless they are planning on making some, there aren't any 13" azenis

and they only make one 14" size. 195/60/14

you could run some 205/60/13 Toyo Ra1 or the Kumho victoracer v700
not sure how easy those are to get though. tirerack only lists 14" and up in the victoracer v700.
i'd go with a 14" or 15" alot more tires available in 15" . and some more 14" compared to 13"

suggestions

14" Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2 14x7 (very light) if i rember correctly mine were under 11 lbs.

15" Enkei RPF1 15x7. under 10 lbs.

and if you want some inexpensive race tires for street driving, it's alot easier to find used R comps forsale in 15" sizes. at least in this area. alot more people run the 15's (honda chanllenge, Scca IT, Spec Miata etc)
