i want to up grade cams on my gsr not sure wat to use

i know there are alot of different kinds of manufacturers for honda cams. i want to know which will give me the best power and performance and also durability. I dont want to dump money on something thats not worth it. I can't find specs on all the manufacturers so if you could give me a hand i would appreciate it.

this is a very broad question. what type of powerband do you want? how much are you willing to spend? what are the rest of your mods? do you plan to go NA or boost?
