hey and thanks for those who read this. well im having trouble with my radio.
The last owner (i got the car about 2 weeks ago), its a honda civic 2001 LX, he put a new radio in it and when i bought the car he said it needed a new radio fuse, but im not sure becuase i checked the fuse and it looked as if it wasnt burnt out, also the radio is on, but it wont accept any cds to be put into it or play the radio or any sound at all. I was thinking i have to take the whole dashboard off, but im a rookie when it comes to these sorts of situations and wanted to know if anyone had any idea of exactlly the problem is, do i need to change the fuse under the dash area or in the hood? or maybe just reconnect some wires in the dash all together?

also i dont really know what will happen if i take out the dashboard area and try and play with the connectors of the radio, will i have to get the code for the radio?

u got two choices, either u take that radio off and check the fuse IN the radio itself and btw, u need the code which is written in user manual. Or, just get that radio to a shop and get it fixed for a million bucks.
