I have a 98spec, my car has been running fine since I've gotten it. Recently it has been turning off while I am driving. The engine light comes on and the car turns off. Now, the car won't start at all. It will crank, but it won't start. The weird thing is when i put in my OBDII reader, the car will start. With the reader, I can hear the fuel prime when i turn the key.

The fuel does not prime without the OBDII reader(reads E). I checked the code, it has 5 long flashes and 4 short flashes.
Any suggestions?
