V-Tec Head

I may get a 1994 Honda Prelude S. They do not come V-Tec I was wondering if anyone knew what the price would be to get a vtec head?

EDIT: You can put a H22a head on your vehical, you'll also need a h22a computer, and I believe some other odds and ends.
