Default 16" Works w/ a 44 offset?

They don't make cr-kai's in 42 offset so they guy I ordered them from went ahead and ordered the 44 offset. Are these going to be Ok on my EM1 w/ 205/45/16 tires? Do I need to get spacers? I would just put them on to see, but I am in Japan and my car is in the states.
