parking lights out and windows wont roll down...
My 94 LS has just gone crazy today...
My parking lights (the ones that control the interior and exterior lighting is gone)
I changed the fuse and it immediately blows *30 amp* fuses...now my windows wont roll down...there fuses are ok...
Ive checked any loose grounds and still cant figure it out...i did notice on the driver side wire harness that a wire burned out...damn..
Any ideas?

daym, looks like youre going to have to do some electrical troubleshooting. you might have a wire that is grounding out somewhere. sometimes, its cuased by a wire inside the center concol somewhere. when you install a head unit, this happens. find out what is causing your fuse to blow... thats where you should start at.
thanks for the assist...i checked my shiet...it fried my constant power to the turning signal all the way to the firewall...damn.
i never noticed this..there is a small ground box near the windshield wiper res...it holds like 8 grounds..all fired...i think that was my problem...
oh well...time for my integ to be a trailer queen with an one piece front end...

electrical problems can only be the result of 4 things: short to power, short to ground, high resistance, and opens.
Using this can help you to fugure out a few things.
From what you mentioned that at a major gounding location all of your grounds had burned out??!?! This is highly unusual. This is usually a result of a short to ground...........in other words, your circuit is grounding somewhere it shouldn't be.
Consider a few things first before pulling your hair out. Is there anything new you have installed in the car? Such as stereo, lighting, even evening work that miight have frayed a wire, caused one to pinch together or something like that. After narrowing this down you will need to single out your parking lights circuit in a wiring diagram. IF you arn't handy with diagrams get help. Once you have found it you will need to I.D. what color some of the important wires are such turn-on wire that is causing the fuse to go. Trace these around to junction boxes and switches if necessary.
More then likely however you will either determine its a complete fluke or that a wire isnt conected properly or one is pinched.
Good luck, i know electrical grimlins are the worst. Let me know how it goes, i will see if i can help any.
