no and no.
there are leather 4th gen parts, you just have to find them.
if not, you can always get it custom woven. but expect to spend alot (if you want a good job)

might be a bit more involved than that, it depends, at the worst you'll probably need to swap seat pans. but leather is gay, so i don't think it's worth the trouble
