Default Help choose parts ...

need help in choosing company/product to c whats the best bang for my buck
planning on getting the follwing:

Car: 1989 civic sedan with b-series
Only other engine upgrades are: 2.5 inch downpipe, Megan Racing N-1 muffler, cold air intake, pr3 ecu

1. need cams (b-series)
2. fuel pressure regulator
3. fuel rail + injectors
4. headers
5. new cold air intake

i wouldnt worry about a fuel rail your stock one is just fine to about 200 horsepower. i would consider cams and milling you head to raise the compression a tad. if you get cams you will be dissapointed with your power gains if you raise the compression you will notice a bigger difference and its relatively cheap to do

how can i raise compression?
any recommendations on that part list?

you would take the head to the machine shop and let them mill the head get skunk2 cams and valvetrain components again dont waste your money on a fuel rail then get it tuned
