Default should i buy this prelude? 90' SI

copied from original forum he posted it on:

Oh boy, the wife finally landed a job. Problem is that it's downtown so she won't be able to pick up the kids from daycare. That means I need another cage. Well I have one, but it's just not practical for hauling kids. It was a bit tedious crawling to the back to get one out, but now I have two. She's too stubborn and I would say uncoordinated to learn how to drive a manual shift, so this car has to go. If it doesn't sell quickly, I'll have to sell my bike and either buy a cheap two wheeler or buy another next Spring once our finances stabilize again.

1990 Prelude SI 4WS
Clean Title In Hand (Pm for VIN)
Car has 267,223 miles: I've owned it since 1998 and made many road trips from here to Hattiesburg, MS and Mobile, AL during my college years.
Fresh B20A and Tranny with approximately 72,000 miles
All electronics work except the A/C, needs a new Air Compressor. It will sometimes work, but then go off when the Compressor Clutch malfunctions. Currently it is disconnected.
New Alternator w/lifetime warranty. Lifetime warranty on the axles. 3 yr warranty on the battery.

Suspension:
Neuspeed Sport Springs (1.5" Drop)
Tokico Blue Struts
Ludespeed Camber Kit

Exterior:
H4 Headlight Conversion
Steelies (no I didn't paint them, bought them like that)
Kumho Ecsta 711's about 65-70% tread remaining
Powerstop Crossdrilled Rotors w/Zinc Coating
Axxis MetalMaster Brake Pads
20% Tint on side and rear windows
2003 Custom Gunmetal Paint (Engine Bay and trunk area are unpainted - original red; hood and trunk painted underneath)
VIS OEM CF Hood in Mint condition (SOLD)
Only body damage is along the runner underneath the passenger side door; a shop allowed it to slip off of a jack during the transmission install.

Interior:
NRG Racing Seats w/Sparco seat rails
Kenwood 3D Mask Headunit w/Sirius Radio
Kenwood Component System
MB Quartz Tweeters
Blaupunkt 5 1/4 in doors and rear
12" Memphis Sub w/Eclipse 200W Amp

Car may need a Catalytic convertor to pass emissions. Has a brand new muffler and fairly new oxygen sensor.

Asking $2,000 as is or $1,500obo w/o the CF Hood, headunit and sub setup (all other components will remain as they are custom installs).

Additional pics added for reference only (if you see in the pics and it was not mentioned above, it is not included):

---anyways he already sold the CF hood so he said $1300in cash with steel wheels

sound good? should i be aware of anything-don't know much about prelude

Car looks pretty good!

I had a red 1991 Si 4WS from 1996 to 2002 and absolutely loved it, and the 4WS is amazing! I sold it for $1600 with 170k miles on it, and went through an engine and trans rebuild because my mom didn't keep up with regular maintenance on it. The car sits low and feels like you are driving a true sports car! I would take it for a test drive and spend $75 if you are serious to bring it into a shop for a complete inspection. Check the fenderwells, under gas door, and lower part of doors for rust if that is a concern. One more thing, make sure the auto antenna works...those damn things suck and I had to replace it twice!

Any other questions let me know, gl!
