Default Installing ARP wheelstuds? What's the best way??

Whats up guys, I need some ideas on how to install my new ARP wheel studs. Do they just hit out from the front side? You need to use heat? Or do they need to be pressed in? I don't think that would be a good idea because of the wheel bearing...I heard someone tell me if i hit all the studs out...put the new ones in and use a old lug nut and using an impact to draw the new one in? Will this work? Thanks guys!
