F23a1: Header and exhaust worth it?

For as cheap as a header is, I guess that's not bad. I know on my last two swaps(civics) the header made a nice improvement probably dues to poor design in the stock version and the fact that the aftermarket ones are tuned.....just wasn't sure about the F23 Accords.

AFAccord was the only person I've seen who dyno'd with a header and exhaust, but he also had other mods. Here was his thread:

I had a used Kamikaze 4-1 header on my car for a short time. The previous owner bottomed out his car a few times so the downpipe was dented pretty bad. My car felt stronger on the top end, but I never dyno'd the car.
