Default help with suspension problem

just put my slicks and traction bars back on my crx and my passenger wheel is toed out like it is turning right a little bit but my driver wheel is straight along with the steering wheel. I had it aligned around 3months ago and have only made about 10 passes. I have a race this weekend and don't want to race it like this. what can I do to fix this in the garage?

also, I don't want to change suspension setups before this weekend but what can I do to help my crx from squatting so bad in the rear when I launch. I know I can't completely stop it but it is really bad and want to get my 60ft.s down a little more.

thanks
