Default poormans type r question

hey im building a poormans but i need to kno what kind of head gasket i can use to have a high cr .....im milling my block and head block 20 thousands and head about 6-10 thousands...i think that i cant use a stock headgasket cuz ill lose compression....so give me some suggestions about which headgasket i should put...if u dont kno what a poormans type r is its a b18c1 block and b16a2 head....

the best bet to not lose any compression due to a head gasket would be to either, get a 3-layer gasket and lose a layer, or buy a buddy club, spoon, or cometic 2-layer head gasket for high c/r app's.
