Should I get coilovers or springs?

Short answer:
If you're asking this question, you probably dont need "coilovers" and will be wasting your money and should buy a good set of Eibach Pro-kits or any other quality kit.

COILOVERS because that way you can tune and adjust how stiff you want the dampers to be. and it will also be a better investment.

what does that have to do with it being a coilover? Damper adjustment is independent of whether or not it's a coilover. For example AGX or Koni Sport with Eibach pro-kits is adjustable. Omnipower coilovers are not. The only advantage to getting coilovers is that they are ride height adjustable, allow changes to spring rates, and can be corner weighted. Most people don't need any of those on a street driven car.

I'd suggest the OP goes with a good shock and spring combo. I'm fond of Pro-Kit and Koni.

Yup, it'll made tyt3 w/the 128 levels of dampening control...

Seriously...coilovers and Illuminas...or some legit springs and Konis
