put it in a flat long cardboard box and send it off via UPS or USPS. You could just take some cardboard and wrap it up with A LOT of tape..... you could....

I have shipped the ghettoest looking "box" through fedex or ups. It don't have to be all flat, nor nice and even. As long as it is sturdy, you should be okay. I normally tape up pieces of cardboard together.

Go to your local moving store and buy two lamp boxes. Insert half the swaybar in one box and put the other box in overtop. add peanuts...tape real good. Good luck!

I'd say 20 is reasonable.
I got quoted 115 for a lip!

go to your local Mail Boxes Etc. or any authorized shipper and they should have a box that's about as long as the sway bar, something like a 45x9, or 50x11. not exact numbers but that should give you an idea. and 20 is about right. i just shipped out a rear sway bar last week but it's slightly lighter than the front and they charged me 15. HTH
