I bought a kit off someone on HT (w-type), the bumper lips fit fine and were painted already so those were obviously used, the skirts came black(unused) and seem to be going on very hard, like we have to pull and pull to get them on both fender walls, is this normal? Also it was pretty cold out today, would we have better look if its warmer out and the Urethane can stretch a little better?

yuppp, pretty much... wait till it's a bit warmer out... or just pull them until they fit.
