Looking from shells to mildly modded. I'm not looking to spend over $4,500usd unless its a really good deal. I'm from western Canada, but dont mind making the trip to get the car as long as its in the area's mentioned.

Clean is key. Well maintained paint/no or really mild rusting. Interiors second and engine is third.

Car can be from anywhere in Canada, North-Western US, or Western US.
