i love my crx front end but always thought jdm 98 teg type r front end would look clean on a crx anyone got pics of this?

 

ive never seen this done man,,the closest was a 90-93 integra front..i dont think it would look bad as long as its done right

 

some guy in Chicago has the usdm front done to a ef hatch and I think I doesn't goes together with the lines of the car, the crx is boxy and the jdm teg is round, besides it lenghtens the front bumper too much. like Mr. Speaker said about the 90 93 teg front being done, at least has similar square lines

I had a friend who bought a 91 CR-X off of some clown who had done it. This was like 4 years ago, he has friends that post here still. Please, just leave it alone. SiR conversion, at the most.

Nope, sorry...I searched the old owner's team on Google, nothing doing...he never really did anything with the car, and it's been about 2 years since I last saw him. Sry.

 

just an idea the sir conversion iwas thinking about that gotta save up for that one though

I say do it. When these threads pop up, the op is always a noob &lt; 17yo. At 17 you can barely afford a swap let alone a itr front and the money to install and paint it. Im tired of these children joining honda tech (not to to offend the younger people that actually contribute to ht) and posting worthless question to ideas they cant even afford or attempt to do themselves.

I did the conversion bacc in 99... before that techna chicc did hers..i just didnt have full interior yet or motor to hit the shows..so she got the credit to getting it done first. Im a big JDM fan have gotten lots of grief from HT mempbers but i like it..the lines are clean and it looks oem with the hood open. Everything is actually oem type r.. hood, front bumper, rad support, the only thing is that the bumper had to take a couple inches off each end or it would have been to long. But im happy with it.
