Id get the Evo. I had one on my previous prelude and it was niiice.

I just bought a 98 Prelude with a full cat-back Greddy Evo system. It is for a fiance, and she is going to be taking long trips to see me, the exhaust system is going to get anoying.

Anyone knows how good the silencers work in silencing?

If it doesnt work good, I will be selling it and putting on the stock system. Feel free to send me offers for it.

 

I dont think the evo has a silencer. I personaly hate the damn thing. It so big and i cant wait to take it off my car (i baught the car with it).

 

Well, mine actually sounds really good. It have a low growl at low RPMs and goes balistic at WOT.

The main problem I have is that I want this car to be able to drive ~5hrs without the constant growling from the exhaust the entire way.

Would a universal silencer be able to work on it?

I need to go measure the diameter of the tail pipe, but do you know the diameter of it?
