95 LS into GSR v-tec dont kick in plus white smoke out of exhust whats up with that

i just stuck a full JDM b18c swap in my 95 teg and the cel stays on and its code 22 but my v-tec has kicked in. could it be a bad fuel pressure regulator mine has a slight crack in it would it throw a code???? please help

white smoke out of exhaust means you have a bad head gasket, it is blown. Look in your oil dip stick, if it is creamy like white and ****, then you have a bad head gasket
