Default 91 Accord Tranny on 96 Prelude H22A, will it work?

Buddy of mine has a 96 Prelude H22a (manual) that has a bad tranny. Will a manual transmission from a 91 Accord F22 mount up correctly in the engine bay? I know the accord tranny will bolt to the h22 block, but I need to know if any other changes are neccesary for it work.

look at the tranny case, if it has 3 spots under the mount to bolt to a mount it will NOT work, but if it has 5 3 threaded holes and two blank holes it can fit.

Thanks, I took a look at it, there isn't any blank holes on it, so I guess it won't work after all.
