16 inch drag radial?

i need these for a 16/7 wheels....for my integra , do they exist?? and what brand(s) make them??

I run the Hoosier Quicktime Pros 26x9.5x16 on a 16x7 wheel.

Not a drag radial but DOT approved and alot stickier that there radial tire.
