I have a friend that says useless as mudflaps on a honda, but how bad would it be on the paint job if I removed them. the designers put them on for a reason. I am not into the whole body kit look and I want a clean lines look

 

i had mine off for a while and nothing happened...then i got Mugen style side skirts and put the rear mudflaps back on to make the rear blend a little...i still have the fronts off and some parts of the tires stick out where they throw water and dirt on the side....but no paint damage from what i've seen

 

if you pull the mudflaps don't go driving on gravel roads. You'll see all the paint chips you'll want to.

 

My 90 Accord Had Mud Flaps, I Took Them off, Looks way better..

 

It's just 3 screws, take them off, see how you like it, if you don't, put them back on?? HT is not the end all of end all for every question.
