how do I change the oil in my ys1 trans.... some one send me a diagram or summin

drain it and fill it...if you really gotta ask this please take it to a lube shop like jiffy lube or EZlube

 

drain plug is on the bottom of the trans 3/8ths rachet works to loosen it and then the fill plug is in back of the trans by were the axles go in 17mm bolt

drain is always at lowest part and fill is always at the highest part. but thats okay, i always ask dumb questions. BEFORE you drain your tranny fluid, make sure you take out your filler plug. If you drain all ur tranny fluid and then decide to strip or break the filler plug, ur **** Outta Luck!! and to get to the filler hole, a funnel and hose works great to snake down in there.

 

i was woundering if i should consider rebuilding my trans with s80 internals .. my ys1 is a jdm one from the xsi its got short gears and my stock b16 pulls real hard with it i was just woundering if this would be a good thought for down the road
