Default Buyng a bike without a local dealer...?

so i want a hyosung or united motors 250. problem is, the closest dealer after i move will be hundreds of miles away. if i bought the bike and it's under warranty, i have to take it to one of their dealers to work on it if i want it to be covered by warranty right? i can't just have a local shop do the work cuz i'd have to pay correct? sorry i'm such a noob. thanks.

Yep (the local shop can not claim/provide warranty service, unless they are an authorized shop).

why not start on something more reputable and easier to work on/find parts for?
maybe the ninja 250 doesnt look as good as a hyosung 250 but theres definately a bigger market for it.

my dealer is 40 miles away. so its closer, but still would suck to have to tow the bike 40 miles.

but a dealer in ohio says he could get me a deal. but one dealer probably wont cover another dealers bike right?
