ok here goes I have a 98 Jdm Itr cluster with yellow needles but the guages arent working like they are supposed to the coolant guage always goes to hot upon start up now I have the original guage for my 01 Gsr so i know the bezel comes off and can be used on that 1 and i know the guage faces can be used as well but how the heck do you remove the needles lol can someone please elaborate on how to do this id be very grateful thanks guys for the assist.....

 

If it is anything like my canadian cluster you just pull off the black cap, then pull the needle off. You are going to have a hard time re-installing the speedo and rpm needles in the proper position so they will read accurately.

 

With a fork and gently pull straight up. Calibrating is another thing.
