Hey i have some silver c8's and im debating on what color i should paint them to match the color of my car. i would really love some suggestions. I also have another question about painting the rims. Do you need powder coat or would basic paint for cars work also? thanks!

gunmetal black or bronze fits your paint job (looks like lightish green or bluish mix).

 

if you clean the wheel off, conventional spray paint works great. ive done it to many sets of wheels and never had a problem.
i really wouldnt suggest painting the wheels to match your car though, i will probably look really tacky

 

Just search this topic and you'll find a plethora of info. on how to paint your rims. Basically, you just sand off the old stuff, apply new spray paint, and then clear coat it. IMO, I would leave them like that, trying to paint them to match your car is lame and the black ties in the hood and lip (kinda).
