how much power
ok well i have my 95 ls automatic now i was plannin to turn it to stick but its so complicating and probably after i finish one my college class then ill save up for the parts to get the conversion. But for now i want to increase the power out of my car now i have AEM CAI, DC Headers, exhuast system, and racing cables
stock i have 140 hp now with the aftermarket products nearly 150 or less or maybe more
Now i was wonderin will it make a difference if i get a skunk intake, sport cams and chipping my ls also wat bout hiflow cats.

U'll only be able to go so far with an automatic... it is a big pain to do the conversion but if the car means a lot to you then go for it. Skunk2 IM will increase your top end, especially if you have VTEC and are revving out higher. Cams must be decided on tastefully, you need to decide whether you want low end power or high end power since the cams can only support one of those. As for chipping, you mean getting it socketed for tuning i hope. An aftermarket chip is not the way to go at all and really doesnt do anything beneficial. A cat will increase the flow for its one less restriction the engine must work against to push exhaust gases out.
All are options to create a little more power, but in general bolt on's dont really do all that much. Its internal where you make your power and use the bolt ons to draw it out. For example, all motor you'll want high compression and bolts on to accommodate for that. Turbo setup you are going to want to low compression, large plenum IM, and so on.
Pretty much choose a route you wanna go and start your build towards that goal
