Default Metra 99-7801 DOUBLE DIN KIT IS A godsend for most late model hondas!!!

Check this out!!!

for this 6th gen application though, you have to use 1cm spacers between the kit screw brackets and the factory dash support threads like this, like the ones below,
then you have to ditch the factory 8mm screws and get longer ones for the top screw holes, and shorter ones for the bottom, otherwise your setup will be deeply recessed and look retarded. You also have to completely cut the front loopholes on the kit for the factory metal clip slots, they stick out too far and the cover will not snap into place.

the Good news, in a 5th generation install, the kit is perfectly flush against the center dash panel and no other further mods needed.

PM me with any questions.

well, it might not be a secret (to you), but the part about using spacers to make the kit look flush might be a helpful to some people besides yourself.

Thanks for looking.

Well, I've got some old Jazz and Blues stuff that never made it to CD. But nobody really has to follow my lead, and get a tape deck, it's just for illustrations, get it? Matter of fact, I might even kill the tape deck in the future and put in a Din eq or a pocket for my ipod. Maybe might even put in another CD player just to give passengers something to talk about.

Depends on your primary unit. I have an auxilliary input, so the RCA outs on the Tape player go into the CD unit, and I play it in AUX mode. You WOULD NOT want to splice the two units into the same speakers... fastest way to blow speakers, not to mention probably losing hearing.
