Default Clutch/Tranny Problems! Help!!!

Ok at 105k i got a new cltuch and flywheel and both new cylinders. All oem. 30k later, my clutch still engages, but every once in a while i cant shift. The stick gets stuck and i must grind gears to get into them. I have fluid in the lines and both cylinders are workin. My question is whats goin on? I think it may be the syncros but am not sure. Any suggestions on what to do? Or what the problem is?
Any feedback would be good. Thx

Default Re: Clutch/Tranny Problems (Peasonrice)

not that this is what it is, but i was having an issue along the sames lines. Here a 1/2" x 3" peice of metal broke off the clutch, the area where the springs are mounted, and was jamming things up. It got to the point where I could be stopped at a light, have it in 1st with the clutch down all the way, and it would feel as if the car was trying to "lurch" forward. Sure enough, a sliver of metal was to blame.
