Default Reuild my engine and Transmission???

I am very new to cars so take it e-z on me.

Alright i want to Reuild my engine and Transmission but dont know wat parts to get or any good shop in orlando to go to. I also want to make my Transmission lsd if possible on an automatic transmission. any way. here wat i have 96 teg spl automatic b18b1.

From the sounds of things you are not capable. Honda automatic transmissions are rediculous and I never plan on rebuilding one. Take you're car to a shop and buy a used engine/5speed. Have them install it and call it a day.

Sound advice. I don't think the OP is capable of a 5spd-&gt; manual swap. LS/B20 engines are cheap and readily available.
